There are so many things that one could do, but the best would be that just, please know, exit planning is a process. It's not an event. If you want to maximize value in your business, ensure that you've got the financial infrastructure in place. You've got your people teed up in the sense that they, they are truly the assets which are helping you generate value. Noted, it is the owner or the senior management, or the executive management who sets the strategy, but it is the middle management that executes the strategy. And any strategy, however phenomenal it may be, if it is not executed right, it's gonna get diluted a little bit. The business value is diluted. So ensuring that your middle management comes along, or your management comes along with the owner, you know, I would say preparing the strategy, planning for the strategy, they need to have as good an idea to ensure how the strategy needs to be executed, because that is where true value generation takes place at the management execution level.
